The Armenian Library Association and the National Library of Latvia are holding the “EU4Dialogue: Armenian-Latvian Dialogue for the Development of Libraries” conference in Yerevan on February 19 and 20.

On the second day, on February 20, the conference continued at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute. Library specialists from Armenia and Latvia, representatives of educational and cultural institutions continued their work, presenting their theoretical, practical knowledge and experience.

Zane Zvaigzne, Head of Information Services at the National Library of Latvia, presented the experience of the National Library of Latvia with people with special needs, spoke about ensuring inclusivity in the library, and then presented the library through a virtual exhibition.
